Ralf Plattfaut talks at the University of Waikato

On the 19th September Ralf Plattfaut from the ERCIS-Headquarter in Münster gave a talk at the University of Waikato, New Zealand. He presented a study he conducted together with Sara Hofmann, Michael Räckers, Daniel Beverungen, and Björn Niehaves from Münster as well as Thomas Kohlborn from the Queensland University of Technology, Australia. The study deals with factors influencing governmental service channel adoption. Thereby, it also concentrates on differences between Germany and Australia.
