Conference HICSS-44: "Information Needs in Service Systems"

Recent ERCIS service research was presented in Jan. 2011 in the Asia-Pacific region at the 44th Hawai'i International Conference of System Sciences. The presented paper provides a framework for integrating service and manufacturing processes.The HICSS minitrack "Service Science Management and Engineering - SSME" started at 2008 (HICSS41), as a prime forum for researchers and practitioners to exchange thoughts and research results in the emerging service science discipline.
