BPM Seminar

Today, Ralf Plattfaut presented research he conducted together with Björn Niehaves and Jens Pöppelbuß on BPM Capability Development in the weekly BPM seminar of QUT's BPM group. The seminar was attended by both faculty and Ph.D. students and generated a nice discussion on dynamic capabilities and BPM.
